This Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche collared cape dates to 1971. It was made in France of beautifully-draped double-face burgundy wool with no closures. The wool has a "crisp" appearance, but there are a few flaws: there are two moth hole repairs on the collar and seven closer to the hem. There are also quite a few discreet moth nibbles, but the only one that has gone through the fabric is on the collar. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
