Shop Policies
We ship worldwide. Orders to the United States will be shipped DDP by DHL. This means the duties (tariffs) will be calculated and added at checkout, then paid in advance so there will be no extra costs at delivery. We offer complimentary US shipping for all orders over $250USD. Orders under $250 will have a flat $25USD shipping rate.
For Canada-based shoppers, we offer complimentary shipping on any orders over $100USD. We collect and remit sales tax on any Canadian purchases, as required by law.
International buyers are responsible for any duties incurred. Any packages that are returned to us due to uncollected fees will only be refunded minus our own expenses, as we will be required to then pay those customs fees.
Please understand that we are not responsible for delays or fees due to customs. In the very unlikely occurrence that a package is lost, you will be reimbursed the insured value.
All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of reception.
