Shipping Information
We ship worldwide using Canada Post. You may choose which service and rate you would like to receive. All items will be tracked, and you will be provided with the tracking code. Please contact us before purchase if you would like us to use a different provider. Any orders within Canada and the US over $100 include complimentary shipping.
Shipping times are an estimate. An item will need to be sent by Expresspost or Priority for an on-time delivery guarantee. Even then, there is a possibility an item will be delayed at customs.
Please understand that we are not responsible for delays or fees due to customs. In the very unlikely occurrence that a package is lost, you will be reimbursed the insured value.
