1960s Cream Shantung Silk Coat

This 1960s cream silk coat is by Webe Paris. It was made for Lily Simon, a Montreal boutique that sold high-end designer pieces, of a pure shantung silk. It is fully lined, with two front pockets. The coat does up the front with 6 buttons, with an additional button on each cuff; these buttons are pearlized plastic with a gold rim. Made in France, it is in excellent condition, with only some slight chipping to the gold on the buttons (see photos). It has been professionally dry cleaned, and is ready to wear.
