This late 1990s/early 2000s Sfarzo evening slip dress was made in Italy of black burnout velvet (consisting of a 82% viscose/18% silk blend) with an op art print. It features rhinestone straps with an extra strap at the back that can be placed over the head to create the illusion of a necklace. It has a high-low hemline, a black chiffon lining, and a zipper up the left side. The dress is in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
