This late-1980s/early-1990s Victor Costa for Bergdorf Goodman cocktail dress was union-made in the USA of black synthetic taffeta. It features a full skirt with a built in crinoline and a scalloped lace trim poking out from the hemline. It also has an oversized shawl collar, and a pocket at each side. The dress fastens with hook and eyes at the waist and a snap at each cuff. It's in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
