1990-91 F/W Black & Cream Plaid Wool Tweed Cropped Jacket

This 1990-91 F/W Karl Lagerfeld cropped jacket was made in France of black and cream plaid wool tweed. It has exaggerated lapels, gunmetal and gold flower buttons, and a cutout detail at the front hemline. The purple version was featured on that season's runway, where the same fabric was used multiple times. The jacket fastens with one button at the waist and three at each cuff. There is some patina on the buttons and light general wear but it's otherwise in very good condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
