This 1978 S/S Bill Blass flutter sleeve blouse was made in the U.S.A. of three layers of silk chiffon in cream, pastel pink and pastel green. It slips over head and does up with a hook-and-eye at the back of the neck. It has an elastic waistband and also comes with three rope belts, each matching the colors of the blouse. It is in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
