This Yves Saint Laurent tuxedo waistcoat was designed by Tom Ford for the S/S 2004 Rive Gauche collection, and was featured on that season's runway. It was made in Italy of a cream pure silk with a satin back that cinches with an "YVES SAINT LAURENT" signed gold-tone buckle. The waistcoat fastens with two hidden buttons and one gold button at the waist. It has a pocket on each side. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
