This 1982-83 F/W Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche pleated skirt was made in France of unlined wool with a paisley plaid print in blues, greens, pink, red and orange. The same pattern was featured on that season's runway. It fastens at the left side a hidden metal zipper and hook at the waistband, and has a pocket on each side
Overall, it's in very good condition. There are no flaws to note but it does show general signs of wear. The fabric has lost some of its crispness from being washed, and it appears that the waistband has been altered at some point. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
