1977 S/S Runway Floral Ruffle Crepe Skirt

This Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche skirt is from his 1977 S/S "Les Espagnoles et les Romantiques" collection, and was featured on that season's runway. It was made in France of a pleated and ruffled floral rayon crepe. It does up the left side with a metal Eclair zipper and has a pocket on each side. We believe that the waistband was altered to an elastic. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition, appearing to have had very little wear.
