This Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche midi skirt could be from the 1976-77 F/W Russian Collection, or from the early 1980s. It was made in France of a dark brown 70% cotton/30% viscose velvet, with a viscose/acetate blend lining. Inverted pleats around the waistband give it a flattering shape, and there is a pocket on each side. It fastens at the left side with a metal Eclair zipper and a hook at the waistband. It's in very good condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
