This 1970s Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche blouse was made in France of striped cream cotton. It features a high ruffle collar, ruffle cuffs, and a removable neck tie. The blouse fastens with seven hidden buttons at the front, at button at the neck, and a button on each cuff. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
