1980s Silver & Black Chiffon Plunge Neck Evening Dress

This 1980s Wayne Clark evening gown was made in Canada of a sheer black polyester chiffon that feels similar to silk. It has a plunge neckline, billowing sleeves, and a black-and-silver piping trim. The fabric on the skirt drapes in the front. The dress pulls over the head and is cinched with a geometric black and silver cummerbund-style belt that fastens with three hook-and-eyes. The designer label on the dress has been removed, but the belt's label remains intact. The elastic in the waist is shot but that doesn't affect the wearability, thanks the belt! The dress is otherwise in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
