This 1980s Wayne Clark evening dress was made from flowy black and red chiffon with silver metallic trim. It features dramatic billowing sleeves, easily removable large shoulder pads and an elastic waistband. It comes with a detachable black and silver belt. The elastic waistband is shot but that isn't an issue when worn with the belt. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition.
