Wayne Clark Couture
1970s Ethereal Rhinestone White Chiffon Disco Dress
Sold Out
This incredible Wayne Clark Couture dress dates to the late-1970s. It was made in Canada from flowy white polyester chiffon with a very similar feel to silk, and lined in chiffon. It is semi-sheer (the tag is visible in the back), with a low back, halter neck and elastic waistband. It features rhinestones on the bust and chiffon "leaves" attached with rhinestones throughout. One of the leaves on the halter neck tie has a silver metallic butterfly attached. It would make a truly show-stopping wedding dress!
There are some flaws to note. There are a few pulls in the chiffon, some of the rhinestones have oxidized and the green has transferred onto the chiffon. There are also some light yellow marks near the hem of the skirt. All of the flaws are fairly discreet (please review the photos). We would still consider it to be in very good and wearable condition. It is clean and ready to wear.
