2004 S/S Gold Lamé Draped Asymmetrical Evening Dress

This 2004 S/S Vivienne Westwood Gold Label evening dress was made in Italy of unlined gold lamé made from 93% rayon/7% viscose. Versions of the dress were featured on that season's runway. This one has an interior waist stay that creates the draping, cap sleeves that can be folded under to make them shorter, and an asymmetrical hemline that falls to a point at the back. The dress does up the front with five buttons. There are a few minor snags in the lamé but it's overall in very good condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
