1980s Green Velvet Ruffle Collar One-Shoulder Gown

This 1980s Victor Costa one-shoulder gown was originally purchased at Neiman Marcus. It's made from an unlined green velvet with a dramatic taffeta ruffle collar. The 21.25" slit up the left side of the skirt was opened up an additional 3" by the original owner. It zips up the left side with a Talon zipper. The velvet has been crushed in a few minor areas, but overall it's in very good condition, clean and ready to wear.
