This Valentino Boutique blouse was featured on the F/W 1978 runway. It was made in Italy of plaid pure silk. Its features include a double layered peter pan collar and a sewn-in neck tie. It buttons up the front with 8 round plastic buttons, and has an additional button on each cuff. There are some scratches on the top button, but otherwise it is in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
