This 1990s Valentino Miss V high-waisted pencil skirt was made in Italy of a cream rayon/acetate crepe. It has a scalloped lace hem and acetate/rayon lining. It does up the left side with an Opti zipper and a button at the waistband. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
