This 1990s Valentino high-waisted mini skirt was originally purchased at Lily Simon boutique in Montreal. Made in Italy from a fully-lined thin black wool crepe, it has four 7" slits in the front back and each side. It does up the back with a concealed zipper. It is in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
