This Valentino "Miss V" high-waisted pleated skirt dates to the 1980s. It was made in Italy of a gold 75% silk/25% nylon lamé with black polka-dots and a rayon lining. It does up the left side with a hidden zipper and button on the waistband. It's in very good condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
