This Valentino Boutique balloon sleeve blouse is the same design that was worn by Pat Cleveland on the 1978 F/W runway. It was made in Italy of a sheer black silk chiffon with a beige "V" print throughout. The front does up with 9 round plastic buttons and has an additional button on each cuff. It features a black velvet collar, pleating on the bodice and six ties around the waist. There are two or three very discreet pinholes, but overall it's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
