These 1990s high-waisted trousers from Todd Oldham's "Times Seven" line. They were made in the USA from an unlined acetate/cotton brocade blend in green and black with gold metallic threading. The fly does up with four gold metal buttons that are signed "T.O." on the back. They are in excellent condition, have been professionally dry-cleaned and are ready to wear.
