This 1980s Ted Lapidus high-waisted skirt was made in France of a lined 95% wool/5% polyamide tweed blend. It's a faux-wrap style, with black and cream plaid print with rainbow specks throughout. There is a pocket on the left side, where it fastens on the waist with two buttons. It's numbered "0145314." It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
