This 1975 long sleeve dress is union-made in the USA of dark red cotton velvet with a geometric print. The designer label is missing but it was a custom order at Saks Fifth Avenue, dated October 13, 1975 on their label. It features balloon sleeves that snap at the cuff, a pleated skirt, and a zipper up the back. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
