This 1970s Saks Fifth Avenue purse is in the shape of an ancient Roman coin, with the profile of Emperor Nero (54 to 68AD) and the words "IMP NERO CAESAR AVG MAX TR PPP". There's a latch closure at the top and the interior has a brown velvet lining. The body measures 5.5" in diameter, and the chain strap is 40" in length. There is some wear to the gold plating (mainly on the face and the latch) but overall, it's in very good condition.
