This 1970s Roger Chastel black evening gown was made in France. It has a rayon velvet body, an acetate lining, and dramatic silk taffeta leg o' mutton sleeves. There's a zipper up the back and a 26" slit in the front. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
