This late-1970s/early-1980s Renato Balestra short sleeve blouse was made in Italy of an embroidered sheer white organza consisting of 95% silk and 5% rayon. It features a cream silk crepe trim, and dramatic puff sleeves with tulle inside to help them keep their shape. It does up the front with six hidden buttons. There is a light brown stain on the front of the neckline (please see the last photo). The price has been drastically reduced due this flaw. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
