This 1980s Rafael Sanchez for Geoffrey Beene convertible evening bag is black suede with a glossy finish that resembles reptile skin. It has a faux jade bird and peony pendant on the front, a 9" beaded tassel at the side (including a faux jade bead with the Shou, a Chinese symbol for longevity), and a black faille lining. It can be used as a clutch or worn as a crossbody bag, measuring 8" x 4.5"x 2.25" with a 48" strap. The purse shows some light signs of wear but is overall in very good condition.
