This 1960s Pierre Cardin backless dress is a piece of completely hand-finished true couture. It was originally sold at Marshall Field & Company. It's made of a fully-lined thick black wool with a tubular collar and hem. The back fastens with a zipper up the skirt and snaps at the neck. There are a couple of pin holes in the lining, but overall it's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
