This 1980s Patrick Kelly convertible piece can be worn either as a mini tube dress or a high-waisted skirt. It was made in Italy of a green wool knit (possibly an acrylic blend). The top and bottom are ribbed. It shows some light general wear and has a few discreet repairs made to the knit, and has been priced accordingly. Overall, it's in good condition, clean and ready to wear.
