This dress was manufactured by the English fashion house Radley. Radley was best known for being associated with the iconic designer Ossie Clark. Although this piece isn't a labelled Ossie, it is one of his well known designs. Radley's in-house designer would often take Ossie's sketches and reproduce the garment. It is even made out of his signature fabric, moss crepe.
