This 1991-92 F/W Oscar de la Renta blouse was featured on that season's runway (see video below.) It was union-made in the U.S.A. of fuchsia silk taffeta that fastens at the waist with two hidden snaps. It has a shawl collar, waist stay, and dramatic balloon sleeves. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
