1960s Black Velvet & White Satin Suspender Mini Dress

This Oscar de la Renta Boutique collared mini dress dates to the late-1960s/early-1970s. It's made from a lined black rayon velvet with a loosely sewn on cream silk trim resembling suspenders. It does up with the front with nine cream satin buttons and two hook-and-eyes at the waist, and two snaps on each cuff.
There are two very light marks on the front of the waistband (see the last photo) and we believe it to have possibly been hemmed at some point. It has been priced accordingly. Overall, it's in very good condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
