This 1970s Moons by Judit Ulman mini dress is made from an unlined semi-sheer purple knit with a striped multi-color crochet trim. There's no fabric content label but it feels like a rayon/cotton blend. It slips over the wearer's head and ties at the neck with beaded yellow tassels. It comes with a matching circular head scarf that could be worn as an "infinity" scarf if desired. The dress has a pocket on each side. It shows general signs of light wear, with some minor imperfections in the knit, and a small repair on the right sleeve. Overall, it's in very good condition, clean and ready to wear.
