This early-1970s Mollie Parnis Boutique long sleeve evening gown was union-made in the USA of brown polka dot devoré with dramatic feathers sewn around the neck and cuffs. It has a built-in silk satin ribbon belt, a rayon lining, and a zipper up the back. Each cuff fastens with two snaps. It's in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
