This 1970s high-waisted circle skirt is by Miss Antonette - Franz Haushofer. It was made in Western Germany from black velvet panels with moire sections on the top and quilted sections on the bottom. It's lined, with a pocket on each side. It does up with one button on the left side of the waistband. It's in excellent condition, have been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
