This 1960s Michel Pelta one-shoulder evening dress was made in France and originally sold at Nouvelle Orleans. It's a lined black crepe with an organza ruffle and tassel trim asymmetrical hemline, and a bow on the left shoulder. It fastens up the right side with a hidden zipper. It's in very good condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
