1970s Hand-Painted Floral Black Organdy Gown

This 1970s Malcolm Starr evening gown consists of a built-in light beige slip with a hand-painted floral black organdy overlay. It was union-made in the USA of what feels to be a synthetic material (possibly rayon or acetate.) The slip zips up the back and the overlay fastens at the back with four fabric-covered buttons. The gown comes with a ribbon belt, though we're unsure if its original. All pieces are in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
