This late 1960s mini dress is from the Parisian boutique, Mahadeva. Made in India of silky rayon velvet, it has puff shoulders and a zipper up the back. We believe that the cuffs originally had elastics but a previous owner removed them, giving the appearance of bell sleeves. It is in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
