This 1990s Lolita Lempicka pleated midi skirt was made in France from blush polyester chiffon. It is fully lined also in chiffon, making it semi-sheer. The permanent pleats allow it to be safely washed and steamed, and give it incredible movement. It does up the back with hidden zipper and a crystal button on the waistband. There is a chip in the button but otherwise, it is in very good condition.
