1970s Indian Cotton Balloon Sleeve Dress

This 1970s dress by Kum Kum was made in India of a light and airy semi-sheer cotton gauze in a blue and purple floral print with gold metallic stencilling. It features a quilted bib bodice, balloon sleeves with elastic cuffs, and four ties at the neck with bells attached. It slips over the wearer's head. It is in overall very good condition; there is a yellow stain on the left sleeve (please see the last photo), the cuffs have lost some of their elasticity, and one of the neck ties is missing its bells.
