This 1970s Josefa caftan dress was made in Mexico of unlined medium-weight multicolored striped cotton and originally purchased at I. Magnin. It has numerous whimsical details signature to Josefa, including a purple bib neckline with a hand-embroidered trim, rainbow satin ribbons cascading from the bust, and tassels at the shoulders, sleeves, and back. It slips over the wearer's head. It has a raw hemline and there are a few light marks scattered throughout, but overall, it's in good condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
