This 1970s Josefa maxi caftan dress was made in Mexico of unlined medium-weight cotton in white and green stripes with pink and green embroidery. It has balloon sleeves that fasten with a snap at each cuff. The dress is adorned with white satin ribbons and fastens with a metal zipper at the back.
Overall, it's in good condition with a few flaws to note: it is missing the ribbon on the left side of the bust and there is some pink color bleeding in that area. We've decided to sell it as-is, but one of the two ribbons from the left side of the bust can be moved over, and that would conceal most of the color bleeding. There is some minor color bleeding around the pink embroidery at the neckline and on the back, also well as a few very light brown spots. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
