This 1987-88 F/W John Galliano jacket has a rare early label from before the designer moved to Paris. It was made in Britain from unlined gray 70% viscose and 30% polyester blend that is thin enough that it could be worn as a blouse or a light jacket. It features wide sleeves, ruching around the neckline and four buttons fastening the front.
It's in very good condition, with just some minor yellowing under the arms. This is very discreet during wear due to the draping and how the fabric catches light. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
