This incredible 1960s palazzo jumpsuit is by Montreal brand Jeune Elle. It was made in Canada from fully-lined black velvet, and features a dramatic plunge neck and very wide legs, with a 43" circumference! It does up the back with a metal Lightning zipper. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
