This Jeff Banks tunic mini dress is from one of Bank's first collections with his namesake label, and dates to 1969 or 1970. The original owner wore it to a wedding in 1970, likely over hot pants. It was made in England of unlined cotton in different red and green floral prints. It features huge billowing sleeves with elastic cuffs, and nine flower shape buttons up the front. It is in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
