This 1970s Jebina maxi dress was made in England of unlined cotton with a small floral print, large bell sleeves, and a keyhole neckline that ties. It has an empire waist and tiered skirt. It slips over the wearer's head with no fasteners. There is general fading to the fabric from being washed, but it's otherwise in very good condition, clean and ready to wear.
