This 1970s Jean Patou short-sleeve blouse is completely hand-finished haute couture. It was made in France of navy blue silk that fastens in the front with four shell buttons and a snap at the neck. Features include rolled-up cuffs and a built-in tie at the neck with the "JP" logo embroidered. It's in very good condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
