1970s Cream Satin Tie Balloon Sleeve Blouse

This early 1970s collared blouse is by Jean Patou Boutique. Made in France from a heavyweight cream triacetate satin, it can be worn as a plunge neck with an oversized bow in the front, or as a wrap style. The back hangs 5.75" lower than the front. It features puff shoulders and balloon sleeves with a button on each cuff. It is in excellent condition with just some minor creasing from being pressed, has been professionally dry-cleaned, and is ready to wear.
